If you registered but didn't receive the email, here is what was in the email:

Please send a check for $330 (or if you registered before Jan. 10, 2008, then $250)
along with your completed permission form to: St. James Youth Ministry 1145 NE 1st St. McMinnville, OR 97128 You will be notified via email when your check is received, which will finish your registration
